For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term, "Trademark(s)" means all common law or registered trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, Internet domain names, or other indications of origin now or in the future used by Rabbitmoon.

You agree that you will not use Rabbitmoon's Trademarks in any manner that might tarnish, disparage, or reflect adversely on such Trademarks or Rabbitmoon.

You agree that you will not contest or otherwise challenge (e.g., in any legal action or otherwise), or assist or encourage any other person or entity to contest or challenge, the validity of any of Rabbitmoon Trademarks or the Trademark rights claimed by Rabbitmoon.

You agree that you will not use any Rabbitmoon Trademark or any variant thereof including misspellings) as a domain name or as part of a domain name regardless of the top-level domain, or as a metatag, keyword, or any other type of programming code or data.

You may not at any time, adopt or use, without Rabbitmoon's prior written consent any word or mark which is similar to or likely to be confused with Rabbitmoon Trademarks.

All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos used or appearing on the Rabbitmoon website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof by Rabbitmoon, unless expressly so stated.

You may not use a Rabbitmoon trademark, logo, Image or other proprietary graphic of Rabbitmoon to link to the Rabbtimoon website without the prior written consent of Rabbitmoon.

You may not frame the Rabbitmoon website or any Image without the prior written consent of Rabbitmoon.

Certain Content will only be made available to users who register for such Content and/or enter into a subscription agreement or other use agreement for that particular Content. Unless you enter into a subscription agreement with Rabbitmoon you may not download, distribute, display and/or copy any Content.

You may not remove any watermarks or copyright notices contained in the Content.

In certain circumstance Rabbitmoon may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.

Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

In order that Rabbitmoon can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give Rabbitmoon permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

In order to participate in and contribute to selected Rabbitmoon.co.uk communities you may be required to register with Rabbitmoon.co.uk. Any personal information supplied to Rabbitmoon.co.uk as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with Rabbitmoon.co.uk will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Rabbtimoon’s Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the Rabbitmoon.co.uk communities (including message boards) in accordance with the following Community Rules. You should, however, read the local house rules of the particular section, site or service you're using, as there may be some local variations to these Community Rules.

1. About your posts:

   • Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
   • No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

The failure or delay of Rabbitmoon to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Rabbitmoon’s right to enforce that right.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
